I know, I know. I’m sorry there wasn’t an update last week but I have one for you this week. I didn’t do much reading last week which is why there wasn’t an update but I did quite a bit of reading so far this week.

• Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone – Illustrated Edition by J.K. Rowling, Illustrated by Jim Kay

Technically I only flicked through this looking at the layout and the illustrations. I have read the story recently so I don’t really want to read it again right now.

• Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Yes, that’s right. I finally finished reading this and moved on to the next book in the series. I might do a mini review of each book in a mass post of the four books (assuming I read all four, I almost gave up on Crown of Midnight but I pushed past it!).

NEXT

This is tricky. I’m not sure if I will immediately continue with the Throne of Glass books. I might give myself a little break and read a manga or the next book in the Percy Jackson series. I’m going to list both of them here because I will probably read one of these next.

• Rurouni Kenshin 3-in-1 Volume 5 by Nobuhiro Watsuki, Translated by Kenichiro Yagi

• Percy Jackson and the Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan

Well I think this is a significant improvement on the past few times I have done this post. I’m pretty happy with how much I’ve read this week and I hope to finish reading Crown of Midnight some time this week and then focus on finishing Never, Never.
